Earphone can easily be pulled out of the ear due to the invisible transparent grove attached to it.

How is the earphone powered? Which batteries can I use?

In the earphone the batteries Chameleon AG4, AG0, AG1 (depending on model) are used. We recommend to use these batteries only to avoid damages of this fragile device.

If my device is broken, what shall I do?

Warranty for earphones is similar to guarantees for other electronics. In case of a breakdown, please bring it to our office. The earphone undergoes an examination for one month. If the defect is guarantee, we can repair it free. 

I want to buy a device to pass exam. Is it legal?

Possession and storage of such devices is permitted by the law. The use of these devices for cheating on the exam is equivalent to the use of crib-notes and according to the law, any criminal or administrative punishment by judicial authorities have not pursued.
